Man charged with posing as doctor

A 73-year-old Bonita man was arrested today and charged with posing as a doctor and selling phony, possibly dangerous, cancer cures.

Kurt Walter Donsbach was arrested during his Internet radio show.

One patient allegedly paid thousands of dollars for steroids supplied by Donsbach, leading to severe bone-density loss.

Donsbach is being held in San Diego County jail on $1.5-million bail.

“This defendant preyed on vulnerable patients,” said Dist. Atty. Bonnie Dumanis.

Times: How about some coverage about the USC tragedy, I know that you want to protect identity the womens husband, but why?

Glad to hear that Donsbach was finally arrested. He treated my Dad for prostate cancer with bogus treatments. My father died from prostate cancer. Donsbach is listed on quack watch.com - he's a known quack, but has till now evaded the law and justice. I'm very glad to hear that he has finally been arrested. May he rot in prision.

I have used Dr Donsbach's Prostasol for about three years now and it works very well for me. The man is not a quack! He is not a run-of-the-mill doctor though, and I think some in the traditional medical world may be jealous of him. He also provides alternate ways to deal with health issues at a fraction of the cost of the major drug company's offerings causing even more dislike from them.

His products that I have tried are good and in my opinion, better than the big name products they replace. I think the arrest is another example of greed and power being used against the little guy( Donsbach). I want the freedom of choice to persue good health in a way I see fit. If California attacks him it attacks us all.

FDA is surely an alley to the drug companies. They just wait for any mishap happening. And of course the media plays right along and does not mention anyone he helped. The system is skewed in favor of drug companies. Imagine this. If cinnamon is sold as helpful for diabetics (which it is) it becomes a drug and one can be arrested for practicing medicine without a license for selling it! No natural cancer cures are researched by NIC, FDA and of course not by the government. However government invents drugs and gives the formulas to the drug companies.

Hundreds of people are cured by cancer without chemo and radiation and surgery!!!! The media refuses to cover it. FDA persecutes people that have done research in this area because they are owned and operated by the drug companies. Baby doctors are brainwashed by drug companies when still in the universities.

Good luck to Dr. Donsbach!
