A grand jury has indicted two associates of an animal rights group, charging them with conspiracy, stalking and other felonies for targeting UCLA researchers who do animal research  and a local juice company, prosecutors said Monday.

Linda Faith Greene, 61, and Kevin Richard Olliff, 22, who prosecutors say are part of the radical Animal Liberation Front, pleaded not guilty to the charges after their arrest  Thursday. Greene was held on $450,000 bail and Olliff on $460,000 bail.

The Los Angeles County grand jury indicted each defendant on three counts of conspiracy to commit stalking, three counts of stalking and two counts of conspiracy to commit the crime of threatening a public officer or school employee.

The alleged victims included UCLA researchers and POM Wonderful Juice Co.

About time we crack down on these liberal domestic terrorists.
Lock em up and feed them bloody steaks every day....

Dave,
You're a fool.
These two activist didn't hurt anyone. The 'people' in the lab did!
Speaking up for those who can't speak for themselves is not terrorism.
Pathetic that you're okay with our tax dollars being spent on this unnecessary torture.

I guess it is ok to torture animals in the name of science, torture is torture anyway you look at it. I think it i s inhumane to test on animals. If you want to test something for human use or consumption why not use prisoners and ask them to be guinea pigs.

@ Dave: You don't have to kill people in order to terrorize them. These two activists knew very well what they were doing. Unfortunately for them, so did the grand jury. Now, they will face a jury of their peers.

Larry:

"Speaking up for those who can't speak for themselves is not terrorism."

I heartily agree, but Obama thinks differently according to the latest DHS report. Pro-Life activists speaking up for unborn humans are now terrorists according to Obama.

When you misguided criminals start defending unborn human life as vigorously as you defend animals, maybe then people will take you seriously.
