Anaheim debates tax breaks for proposed luxury hotel

There is a debate in Anaheim about whether the city should offer tax breaks to developers who want to build a high-end hotel near Disneyland. Backers argue that even with the tax breaks, the city should see an increase in revenues from the hotel because of all the taxes the city will get. But others question whether the break is fair in these tough times. KTLA News' Chip Yost reports from Anaheim.
