No charges against guard who killed sword-wielding man at Scientology building

4:49 PM | December 3, 2008

Shooting at Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Centre

The Los Angeles County district attorney's office has declined to file charges against a security guard who fatally shot a man swinging two samurai swords outside a Scientology building in Hollywood last month.

L.A. police detectives detained the guard for questioning Nov. 23 but said a surveillance tape at the facility backed his claim that he fired his semiautomatic handgun to protect himself and two colleagues.

In rejecting any charges against the guard, prosecutors said the sword-wielder, Mario Majorski, had a history of threats and stalking. They also noted that the guard had no criminal record and was a retired Seal Beach police sergeant. Prosecutors concluded that he'd fired in self-defense.

Dear SgtAl:

You are entitled to your opinion, but I know it is a dangerous one. Time to get informed. There is a reason WHY you formed a negative opinion and it's because you just don't know all about it. Look at the website called CCHR.org.

Truly, it is doubtful, short of lying about it or putting a spin to it, that you have ever known anyone who was permanently "healed" by being under the "care" of psychiatry or who has suffered unproven and questionable mental "healings" like a lobotomy, electric shock "treatment," psychiatric drugs and other such barbaric practices.

I had a friend who went through all that and even she says, "It doesn't work. Nothing works." Unfortunately, she didn't know there is another way OTHER than psychiatry. It's no use discounting her testimony by saying, "That's only one person," because her personal experience counts! There are dozens more people like her all around the world who have been subjected to that and much worse. Psychiatry actually violates human rights and gets carte blanche to do it to anyone. All you have to do is act unreasonable around anyone with some legal power and poof, just like that, you're life can be destroyed! There is another way to handle traumas of the mind without all this crap that psychiatry does which is harmful.

Psychiatry does not help. It's own practitioners have stated as such. See the incredible video at CCHR.org!

WAKE UP! Children are now forced to be put on psychiatric drugs in school just because their teachers report them as potential candidates. Psychiatrists are now in the schools. They are employed by government agencies. They are listed and provided now by the courts such as L.A. Superior Court's Counselor and Evaluator Directory was designed to help you locate private mental health counselors as "credible professionals to evaluate personalities" and they know nothing, they are just mere quacks.

There are pregnant women who will be screened for mental "illnesses" that are decided by a raising of hands at annual psychiatric conventions. Read this excerpt by Byron S. Richards at CCN (http://www.newswithviews.com/Richards/byron51.htm):

The Mothers Act is pending legislation that will indoctrinate hundreds of thousands of mothers into taking dangerous psych drugs. It is a great example of how the Big Pharma lobby controls Congress to the detriment of health, as well as needlessly and dramatically inflating the costs of our health care system for everyone. Like any piece of legislation it purports to address a troubling issue – in this case the mood distress of mothers following birth known as postpartum depression. It is true that 10% - 15% of women need some assistance in dealing with this topic – but the majority of them sure don’t need it from Big Pharma. That is the Big Lie.

----
Psychiatrists themselves have denied that what they do works! SEE ACTUAL VIDEO OF PSYCHIATRISTS BEING INTERVIEWED at www.CCHR.ORG Learn the truth!

And of course since this is a free country, a democracy no less, they will be showing the video PROOF they say that they have, right? Right? Hello? American citizen here that wants to see PROOF.

This is another tragic death that is no one's fault other than the cult called scientology. This man was a former scientologist who was obviously in dire need of mental health care. Was the fact that he didnt recieve this care due to the self proclaimed war by scientology on the entire psychiatric health care system? For another unfortunate person the answer is obvious.

A cop or ex-cop killing virtually anyone in L.A. will never be charged. I would bet the amount of people killed in Mumbai is similar to the amount of mentally disabled people killed in L.A. County in the past ten years. Is the police-fascist state worth the risks? I think not. I would prefer the police have sticks like in India and England instead of all these guns.

This is the fourth Scientology-related suicide this year. How many more, Scientology?
