Long Beach's Pine Avenue ready to party again

After a 10-year break, the annual New Year's Eve street party on Pine Avenue in Long Beach is making a comeback, according to the Press-Telegram. Something it didn't have a decade ago was the Festival of Lights, a permanent light display that will illuminate downtown buildings with 15,000 colorful bulbs.
