Some Orange County schools closed Monday

November 16, 2008 |  3:55 pm

Because of the wildfires, there won't be school tomorrow across the northern Orange County area. Details from the school district:

Because of the wildfires affecting the cities of Anaheim Hills, Brea and Yorba Linda, schools in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District will have a non-student day on Monday, Nov. 17. We anticipate that schools will be back in session Tuesday. Please check the district website at www.pylusd.org in the event that there are any changes. Child care sites throughout the district will also be closed.
