Did downed power lines start the Sesnon fire? *UPDATE

Sparking power lines -- does anyone have to pay?

UPDATE: 3:45 p.m.

Officials are now saying the massive Sesnon fire was indeed started when heavy winds downed an electrical distribution line, which rained sparks onto dry brush in a drainage ditch. Los Angeles County Fire Department officials said they have tracked the start of the blaze to a remote, unincorporated area west of Limekiln Canyon Road.
