Yes it does, and how very amusing that the County Fair thinks dead polar bears, bad smells, and expensive car trips are a good way to attract visitors.

The LA County fair is by far the most expensive that I've ever seen! Years ago there were a variety of vendors selling different types of food and now all they have are vendors with the same types. You can't wait 10 feet without seeing the same stuff. On other note you can spend the same amount of money and be at Disneyland.
