City workers hogging metered parking places in Van Nuys

Though there's a pricey parking structure built for them just blocks away, city workers in Van Nuys are abusing their official credentials to squat illegally in metered spaces all day long. Details in this KTLA video.

Que poca Madre! They should be put towork as a Valet Parking for us and punished to work for a week with out pay for abusing parking .
