The Santa Monica Farmers' Market tragedy -- five years later

Due to a misunderstanding, a remembrance and photographs about the fifth anniversary of the deadly crash at the Santa Monica Farmers' Market were posted Wednesday on L.A. Now. The text and photographs, by Helen K. Garber, have been removed from the blog.

I, like many, remember this story well. I live in D.C. but have been to the L.A. farmer's market. It was/is spectacular yet, I suppose it will always be somewhat tainted by this sad tragedy some five years ago.
