Driving with cellphones in California -- it all got a bit more complicated today.

Where's Moe? The 125-pound chimp slipped away from his enclosure in the San Bernardino Mountains and roams free.

A freight train derailed in Irwindale early this morning -- no injuries reported.

L.A. officials swear they're going to take care of the trash dumping mess.

Looks like a real estate boondoggle is brewing in the Malibu hills, where 70 investors are left with unbuildable land and $6.4 million goes missing.
