The trolley at the Grove remains off track

Where's the trolley? That's what visitors to the Grove and local bloggers have been asking since the double-decker trolley was taken out of commission more than three weeks ago after one of the vehicles lost its brakes and crashed, leaving some passengers injured. A spokeswoman for the outdoor mall's developer, Rick Caruso, said no date has been set for its return, and it remains sidelined pending an investigation.
