Steve Harvey: Lifeguard tower real estate

Maybe the bottom hasn't fallen out of the real estate market after all. In one advertising supplement, Jack Grimshaw of Orange noticed a not-so-luxurious structure priced at more than $4 million. Of course it was in Newport Beach. But can you get cable there?
