Solstice = summer (in case this heat wave wasn't proof enough)

I'm used to thinking of June 21 as the solstice -- the longest day of the year in the Northern hemisphere and the start of summer. But apparently this year's extra day in February -- it was a leap year -- made June 20 the actual solstice.
