What they remember about Ming Sun, Jason A. Tetrault and Jason W. Morrow

May 26, 2008 |  2:30 pm

Just a few more messages from the families and friends of California's fallen soldiers:

Ming Sun

Ming_sun_was_20 "There are no words that comfort a parents loss, and even the family loss. Time does takes it toll on all. Someone said the wounds of death finally closes. But, in truth you will always remember that soul. I grieve more for the family than our nation."

Jason A. Tetrault

Jason_a_tetrault_was_20"Jason, I will never forget you. I remember the last time I saw you before you deployed. We talked about when you returned that you wanted my old car. I remember you also as a little skinny boy who grew up to be a man.
We ( aunt Irene, Ricky, Nicole, and Elena) think about you all of the time. We will always love you and hold you in a special place in our hearts. Love Uncle Rick."

Jason W. Morrow

Jason_w_morrow_was_27"JASON WAS MY BIG BROTHER AND THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER MET. HE ALWAYS STOOD UP FOR HIS FAMILY AND WHAT HE BELIEVED IN. TO THIS DAY, I TELL MY 4 1/2 YEAR OLD AND 1 1/2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS HOW BRAVE THEIR UNCLE WAS. EVEN THOUGH THE YOUNGEST WAS NOT YET BORN, I WILL ALWAYS TELL THEM STORIES, CELEBRATE HIS BIRTHDAY, AND HAVE OUR MEMORIES. WE ALL LOVE AND MISS HIM. HE HELPED ME AND MY HUSBAND TO BECOME CLOSER THAN WE WERE. HE MADE A GOOD MARRIAGE BETTER. HES OUR HERO IN MANY WAYS."
