Work gets started in the Theo Lacy Jail in the O.C., where some walls are coming down to give jailers a better view of inmates. It's part of a push by the Sheriff's Department to address problems at the troubled jail, where inmates beat and killed John Derek Chamberlain in 2006.

Big Deal - inmates will still get hurt or ignored. YB

It dosent really matter if they tear walls down or build them taller as long as there are jails ; gangs ; and corrupt cops theres going to be jailhouse justice in society we make laws to keep the order why would jail be any different.
