Today's the last day to register to vote on June 3rd

May 19, 2008 |  4:22 pm

register to vote or forever hold your peace Even the most die-hard procrastinators still have time to register to vote in the June 3 primary. No fewer than three Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's offices -- in Beverly Hills, Norwalk and South Los Angeles -- are staying open until midnight tonight, while another five spots are keeping the lights on until  9 p.m.

And like a gift-with-purchase (except, of course, it's free) registering for the primary automatically signs you up for The Big One, the November presidential election.

Find a spot near you:

Magic Johnson Starbucks: 5301 W. Centinela Ave. in Los Angeles (5 p.m. to midnight)

Valencia Town Center: 24201 Valencia Blvd. (5 p.m. to 9 p.m.)

Cerritos Community College: 11110 Alondra Blvd. in Cerritos (5 p.m. to 9 p.m.)

Van Nuys District Office: 14340 West Sylvan St. in Van Nuys (5 p.m. to 9 p.m.)

Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's office: 12400 Imperial Highway in Norwalk (5 p.m. to midnight)

Beverly Hills District Court: 9355 Burton Way in Beverly Hills (5 p.m. to midnight)

West Covina Mall: 112 Plaza Dr. in West Covina (5 p.m. to 9 p.m.)

East LA Library: 4837 E. 3rd St. in Los Angeles (5 p.m. to 9 p.m.)

So go out and register or forever hold your peace on the way things turn out. Even more info here.
