Some like it hot -- Marilyn's sex tape?

1:22 PM | April 14, 2008

Even_marilyn_monroe_had_a_sex_tape Yeah, Hollywood siren Marilyn Monroe made a sex tape. No, you'll never get to see it. According to the New York Post, Marilyn's tape recently sold for $1.5 million to a collector who plans to keep it all to himself. Out of respect, of course.

Who else knew about the tape, shot before Marilyn became famous? None other than J. Edgar Hoover the Post claims, no stranger to the seamy side of life.

The footage appears to have been shot in the 1950s. When it came to light in the mid-1960s, then-FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover had his agents spend two weeks futilely trying to prove that Monroe's sex partner was either John F. Kennedy or Robert F. Kennedy, according to declassified agency documents and interviews, Morgan said.

Joe DiMaggio apparently tried to buy the tape, the story says, but his $25,000 offer was turned down. So we could either reach for a Rob Lowe Pamela Anderson Fred Durst Colin Farrell Tonya Harding Kid Rock Paris Hilton joke, or just give you the link to the Post's full story here.

Aww, Keya Morgan needs to be put on a lie detector. I just saw him on CBS and he was looking like he felt very uncomfortable.
I am a President of a Marilyn Monroe Fan Club and we all love that people think that Marilyn did this Sex tape.
We love the exploitation, because then we can sell more books about BS.
Keya is the new Jeanne Carmen. And the media is so bored, they believe this man.

Aww, Mr. Bellinghaus!!! You took time out of your busy, important day to comment on a blog that you deem to stoop lower than National Enquirer?
You could have just had a secretary or intern type up a letter to the editor of Los Angeles Times, but no. You made it much more personal, and you spoke in all caps just like any normal, blog-commenting peon would do! It's like Paris Hilton defending herself on a People magazine blog! Wow!
I'm moving to SoCal this summer. I'm very interested in hearing about job opportunities to work for a man who does these sort of things. Do you mind telling me the general size of Marilyn Monroe Productions, LLC? I tried looking up your organization but only found your Myspace, and my gosh. That is so professional!

Congratulations to the Los Angeles Times, for stooping lower than the NATIONAL INQUIRER for example. Just three years after Robert W. Welkos threw the character of John Miner at us, and created a media sensation with made up and fabricated 'tapes' here is part two--a sex 'tape'?
The LA Times blog is asking:
How long until the 'Marilyn Monroe sex tape' hits the Internet?
My answer is: Never! Because it doesn't exist.
And the reason for this late April Fools is: PR!
The gallery owner Keya Morgan, who is claiming this nonsense, is peddling his own documentary, which by 'sheer coincidence' will be released soon.
He can claim anything he wants, since Joe DiMaggio is dead and has no chance to talk back and correct the absolutely absurd 'sex tape story.'
By the way: this is not the first time such a 'sex tape' hoax made it into the worldwide news. The footage turned out to be an unknown actress and just very recently a Madonna nude picture was mistaken for Marilyn Monroe.
Mr. Morgan interviewed some people who have been riding the 'conspiracy wave' a life long. He came to Los Angeles in 2007 and filmed without permission on the inside of the cemetery where Marilyn Monroe is resting and was kicked out by the management of the cemetery.
If Mr. Keya Morgan has proof for such a hideous claim, let's see the contract, will he pay taxes for such a high amount? Is it worth it, to create such a media speculation?
My business partner Jennifer J Dickinson interviewed Mr. Morgan in 2007 and he seemed obsessed with the idea that Marilyn Monroe was murdered, he seems to be a Jeanne Carmen fan. And were this path is leading is all too obvious. Once again: the media jumped on some absolute outrageous bogus claims--based on 100% fabrications.
The 'note' by the 'FBI' looks absolutely fake to me. You can produce such a note on any old typewriter and we have seen those fakes over the years just too often too.

Today is April 14th, and if Mr. Morgan would have claimed this 'Marilyn Monroe sex tape' story 13 days earlier--we all could have at least had a good laugh.
But now it seems just all too sad. Too obvious too.

How long until Mr. Keya will threaten me now with a 'cease and desist' as all the criminals are these days trying to cover themselves.
I bet my entire Marilyn Monroe collection against this hoaxer's claims.

If there truly was a deal of such an amount, the buyer would also have requested Mr. Keya not to talk about it--especially not in public.

I remember seeing Mr. Keya standing in the back of the room at Christie's NYC, in 1999, buying many of Monroe's books. He tried to resell them for astronomical amounts and since the 'Happy birthday dress sold for $1.26 million--Mr. Keya Morgan certainly wanted to top that amount with his insanity fabrication about something that is as phony as the hair curlers, the one that were made 12 years after Marilyn Monroe's death, but made it into the LA Times (as well), the national and international TV and media coverage.

It is that simple--trust me.

Mr. Keya Morgan, you wanna bet? Show us the paper work for the deal, the taxes you are going to pay for it and if the 'buyer' does not exist, you might be in legal trouble.
