Santa Monica Ferris wheel has a bidder

As we mentioned Tuesday, the Ferris wheel from the Santa Monica Pier has popped up for sale on EBay. And as of 9:46 this morning, 5***e had placed the minimum opening bid of $50,000.
Who's the bidder? Hard to say, other than 5***e has had 53 bids (and six bid retractions) in the last 30 days, on items such as coins, women's shoes and books (nonfiction). More auction updates to come.
