Raw_sewage_spouts_in_laguna_beach Workers in Laguna Beach wear protective suits today as raw sewage spouts from a broken 24-inch pipe. A one-mile stretch of South Coast Highway between Bluebird Canyon and Diamond Street was closed as a result of the spill, which dumped close to 7,000 gallons of sewage into the Pacific.
