I'd like to point out the new Echo Park restaurant, 15, uncovered in The Guide. 15, from what we read, just may be one of a kind in the Los Angeles landscape of eateries. Toward the goal of co-owners' Alex Eusebio, Rick Huschitt and Toby Donnelly, of catering to the needs of "all the neighborhood's residents, not just the wealthier ones," they offer a three-course menu for $15.
