The debate over the display of the Vietnamese flag comes to USC tonight. A forum (which began at 5:30 pm) will examine the university's refusal to remove the flag of the communist-ruled Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Many activists from O.C.'s Little Saigon have threatened to protest if the current flag is not replaced, reports The Times' My-Thuan Tran.
