Beauty in our backyard

I used to post a video each morning, a little something to ease us onto the computer screen, help us into the day. It's daunting, really, like a very public Rorschach, to dive into the depths of YouTube and share what catches your eye.

And then I discovered Your Scene, which is all about what catches your eye. Lovely photos, amazing places, specific points of view.

So it's adios to YouTube (well, except for the lunchtime video) and bonjour to all of you. Send pix of your California, what you see and what you love. I'll post them every morning and we'll all get a good look at what's out there.
