Surf's up -- and two piers are closed

A surfer goes flying in Seal Beach, where big waves have forced the closure of that city's pier.
The Manhattan Beach Pier was also closed, and search-and-rescue teams continue to look for a person swept off the rocks in Rancho Palos Verdes on Sunday evening.
