If they really wanted buyers the sign would say "279" instead of "379". Just more dead inventory sitting on the market with "I wish it was still 2006" prices...

These will be going for $79,000 (in today's dollars) within two years.

Heh. I've actually toured that community. $379k for a square box on a dinky lot in the worst part of Sylmar? Noooooooo thank you. Oh yeah...and where IS the forest that this place is supposedly on the edge of? I must have gone in the wrong way.
