good i have 4 mortages and am stressed out by unruly tenants....what the hell are they going to do for me????i'm calling right now!!!

"Who knew there were stressed owners in The 310?"

Don't know if that was rheotorical or not, but there are PLENTY of stressed out homeowners in the 310.... there are a lot of Audi A4 / BMW 3 series driving, $5 cappucino sipping, large-screen TV buying 30-somethings with $80K/yr jobs living WELL beyond their means, I see it every day....

Granted most of them are in condos, not $1.2M homes, but still, they can't cover their costs now (even if they give up the Starbux), they're not even covering the minimum monthly payment (based on the people I've talked to....)

Anyone who says the westside is immune is a fool.

As I'm sure most of us remember, in the mid 1990s there used to be thousands and thousands of these signs all over LA and the valley. I'm sure we'll get there again.
