Frequent commenter Cal pointed this out to us: a link to our brief appearance last week on CNNI, discussing the California real estate market, captured for future generations on CNN.com. Thanks, Cal.
Comments? Critiques? Guidance: The observation "You have a face for radio, Pete," is not original.

Ah, so it is "vy-uls" not "vee-les".
Good job. You did us proud.
However, if you ever get another chance, you might consider letting your evil twin do the interview for you. I'd love to see the reaction when the evil you said "Anyone not selling their home today will be lucky to get 10 cents on the dollar next month". Maybe then you could cut to some stock riot footage or something? Perhaps the Hindenburg disaster film?

I knew Cramer, and you're no Cramer! Nice to see a balanced commentary on the market.
Was this on a regular piece on national markets, or some kind of feature on the "international scene"?

Nice suit.

I think I like your hair shorter :)
And here's a question, why is everyone saying Houses are not like stocks when regarding price fluctuations.
It sure did act like a stock moving 300% in 5 years...why not the other way?
And anywise, I've seen first hand house prices drop like a stone. What will stop it on a National level?

Pete -
You look like a blogger in your LA Times mugshot and a real journalist in the CNN clip.
We clean up nicely, eh? :)
