A note: We'll be out of pocket today, so comments will be slow to post. No, we are not playing golf. Though, the last time we played Robinson Ranch, we deposited half a dozen Titleists in the Santa Clarita Valley, and we will be looking for them today.
We'll be looking at new listings on Brokers' Caravan in Canyon Country in Santa Clarita. Look for items this afternoon.

Okay, two doesn't make a trend.. but the last couple of auto-email listings I've received from my realtor indicate a new and novel way of separating your property from the pack. The houses at 4041 Via Valmonte, Palos Verdes Estates, CDOM 84 and 22 N Middleridge, Rolling Hills, CDOM 127 have made it to my inbox because they RAISED their prices. What?! Don't they read the paper? Prices are going DOWN! The market is in the TANK! The jumps were $3,000 and $16,000 respectively. Will this tactic work? Let's hope so.
