Johnny Weir, the Olympian, three-time U.S. skating champion and star of the reality TV series ‘Be Good Johnny Weir,’ will turn his talents to the page. Gallery Books, a division of Simon & Schuster, announced today that it will publish Weir’s as-yet-untitled book, which it calls ‘a collection of wildly entertaining anecdotes and essays about everything from pop culture to skating to fashion to Johnny himself.’

It’s no secret that Weir had been shopping the book to publishers; GalleyCat notes that he said so on Twitter. ‘Book meetings!’ Weir wrote on April 6. ‘Get ready and brace yourselves.’
