Toni Morrison and the ALOUD Lecture Series

November 12, 2008 |  9:30 am

On Sunday we noted that Toni Morrison will be in Los Angeles on Nov. 19, speaking at the ALOUD Lecture Series. This event will not be free, as we had noted; tickets are $20 general admission and $10 for Library Associates. Those hoping to get in may be able to secure stand-by tickets, but the event is currently sold out.

Almost all ALOUD lectures are free, including, this week, Roy Blout Jr. Thursday at 7 p.m. and DJ Waldie on Sunday at 2 p.m., both at the Central Library in Downtown L.A.
