Mission Hills: Jesus Hernandez, 10

Jesus Hernandez, a 10-year-old Latino boy, was ejected from a car and killed July 6 at Sepulveda Boulevard and Mayall Street in Mission Hills, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

According to coroner's records, Hernandez was killed when he was "unrestrained in the cargo area of [a] van and ejected during [his] mother's intoxicated boyfriend's road rage altercation with another driver/vehicle."
