Norwalk: Cesar Lopez, 19

Cesar Lopez, a 19-year-old Latino, was shot and killed Friday, Oct. 16, in the 13400 block of Pioneer Boulevard in Norwalk, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s officials.

Craig Harvey, chief coroner’s investigator, said Lopez was found inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound to his back. He was taken to a hospital by a friend, where he was pronounced dead at 4:47 a.m., Harvey said.
