Harris, of Westchester, was sitting in his car when a vehicle pulled up next to him and someone shot him, said Ed Winter, a spokesman for the coroner's office.
The incident happened at about 8 p.m., and Harris was taken to a hospital, where he died at 8:41 p.m., Winter said.

Kevin was a music producer. That was all he did. He was pulling up to the studio when he was gunned down. His family and friends are really suffering because of this senseless killing. A young man going somewhere killed by someone who simply do not love themself.
Anyone with any information is asked to call the Inglewood Police Department. Let's get these savages off the street because next time, it might be someone you love or you.

This evening I attended the memorial gathering/candelight vigil for KEVIN AKA TRACK BULLY. Another young life snuffed out, taken, cut off, desroyed and for what? Grandparents/Parents of LA, Inglewood, Long Beach, Compton, Carson, everywhere, etc. YOU MUST PRAY OVER YOUR GRANDCHILDREN/CHILDREN!!! The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy, and so far he,s accomplishing this especially with our young men just look around the average age is between 15 yrs old - 25 yrs old. It makes you think you can,t even raise a male child in the LA area PRAY FOR YOUR COMMUNITIES. May GOD have MERCY ON THESE STONECOLD KILLERS
and COMFORT THE FAMILIES WHO HAVE SUFFERED THESE TRAGIC LOSS

Trackbully was a beautiful person and wonderful friend. He was always there when I needed him. To have him taken away from us is so disheartening. He always had a smile on his face and knew how to crack me up. I know he's in a better place and doesn't have to suffer through this nonsense of violence. I hope and pray that the person(s) responsible will be brought to justice. We lost a great young man with a great heart. My heart and prayers goes out to all his family and friends. I'm going to miss him so much. We still hadn't went to PF Changs yet. I love you homie and know that you're always in my heart.

Please if anyone knows anything come forward , this was a good kid always was humble & always smiling! He will live on through me and the rest of his friends and family!!!!!!!!! Bullitoooo Im a miss you man!! Rest Bro Rest.........! Peace.

Man it's been awhile since I have seen Kevin, but I still hold the memories of him close. I will forever remember our days in elementary(TENDER CARE). My prayers go out to the Family of Kevin R. Harris and to his friends... May God Bless You All.

This is some sad news to receive I had the opprotunity to work wit bully a few times, very laid back, quite, but always smiling very talented an dedicated to his music it jus hurts to kno his personallity an to think someone would actually wanna take him from us so soon....I had jus talked to him on the 19th an now its kinda hard for me 2 even fathem that he's gone now very sad.........

KEVIN WAS SUCH A SWEETHEART.ALL HE EVER TALKED ABOUT WAS HIS MUSIC.THAT WAS HIS MAIN GOAL,TO MAKE IT. I REALLY CANT BELIEVE HE IS GONE.I KNOW HE IS IN A BETTER PLACE BUT THE DAYS AND NIGHTS DOES NOT FEEL THE SAME WITHOUT HIM..WHOEVER DID THIS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.I PRAY EVERY NIGHT FOR HIS FAMILY.GOD IS THE KING OF ALL THINGS AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY WHAT WAS DONE TO KEVIN WILL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE. I am truly sorry for the lost of this young man. I didn't know him, and or his family. However, I heard of this incident thru the Graces of God. There is no peace of mind for the parents that have raised a child, to have Him taken away before he gets to live the dreams he had in store. Please keep God on your side. Trust Him, lean on Him, and let Him take your sorrow and pain that He may carry you through. I pray for the wrath of God to behold the persons responsible for this ungodly sin.
