Olden Atwoody, it is an infrequent event when a white or asian person gets murdered.
Unfortunatly, it is overwhelmingly latino and black males, between the ages of 15 and 39. And they are getting killed in numbers far out of proportion to their ratio to the general population.

This was taken from Dame Taylor's Blog on Kevin Harris, III. Kev, also known as Track Bully, was killed as he pulled up to the studio to do what he loved most. Make music. When will the senseless killing stop. This young man was just trying to make it doing what he loved most. He was a quiet cat that did not bother anyone. His mom and dad are devastated. His friend are huring deeply.
I know he person that did this will check to this site and look at his work. Do the right thing and turn yourself in. You destroyed more than Kevin, you destroyed the lifes of everyone who loved him.

R.I.P. Track Bully...
I'm not going to go into the details of what happened because I'm not really clear on them. All I know is that Kevin Harris III (Track Bully) was a talented producer. He was only 21 years old. I didn't know him that well but, all of the talented producers in LA are connected to each other some how or another, I know TB through my family member "Space".
It's sad to hear stuff like this, especially when it's a good person that had to be taken away from us.
Space said that Track Bully got his first placement last month on Ice Cube's album. That is so sad the he couldn't live to enjoy that.
People, things like this are reminders that we need to get off our asses and GO TO WORK! That little dude worked his ass off!
I don't wanna talk about this anymore... kinda sad about the whole thing, but I did want to say something about it. I am definitely going to be working harder than ever! it's sad that sad news like this makes me think about what I need to be doing even more than I already am. I should always have a sense on urgency on my career. I thank God for allowing me to see another day. God forbid something happened to me today, I would feel like I didn't accomplish everything I wanted to. I am going to keep this in my head for a while.
I hope his family handles it well. I wish them the best, I will pray that they have strength through this.
Life is too short, I think I'm going to call a few people that I fell out with behind this music industry to fix things because, I didn't really know Track Bully and I am sad that he's gone. I couldn't imagine how I would feel if it was someone I knew immediately.
sorry guys, I'm just venting I guess. This blog is all over the place. I'm going to sleep now...
