Jacob Jacobo, a 27-year-old white man, was shot several times in the head and pronounced dead July 9 in the 3300 block of Pico Boulevard in Arlington Heights, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.
Craig Harvey, a spokesman for the coroner's office, said the exact time of the shooting is unknown, but it is believed to have happened July 8. Jacobo's body was discovered in the driver's seat of his car at 5:39 a.m. by police officers who noticed broken glass in the street on a routine patrol, Harvey said.

Was he related to Guillermo Jacobo who was killed on 6/29?

Jacob you will be missed, eventhough your body has been laid to rest your Heart & Soul shall remain with us all. You twin sister Alejandra needs you to look over her even more than ever, give her the strength & courage to go on. Nathan your son shall continue your legacy.... We love you soooo much!!! Thank you for all the wonderful memories you left us with.
