I was absolutely shocked when I heard the news today. I was Jahmonte's chiropractor for injuries he sustained in a car accident this year. I received the unfortunate news 10 minutes ago through the attorney that was handling his case. I WANT TO SAY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE THAT THIS KID WAS NOT THE TYPICAL "KNUCLE HEAD" THAT OFTEN SUFFER THIS FATE. HE WAS WORKING AT THE V.A AND HAD A HEAD ON HIS SHOULDERS THAT SUGGESTED THAT HE WAS HEADED FOR SUCCESS. HE WAS DOING HIS PART TO STEER HIS FRIENDS IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND HAD NOTHING BUT RESPECT FOR HIM AND HIS POSITIVE OUTLOOK ON LIFE. FOR ALL WHO READ OF THIS TRADGEDY, REMEMBER THAT JAHMONTE WAS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES. NOT GANG AFFILIATED, AND TRIED TO KEEP HIS LOVED ONES FROM THAT PATH. THIS IS A TRUE TRADGEDY AND I AM HURT BY THIS. R.I.P. JAHMONTE!

Jahmonte will never be forgotten, his memory will be alive in the hearts and minds of all of us that love him.He always had a smile for me and never disrespected me. I will miss his smile, but in my mind, he's not dead, he's just asleep...waiting for the time when Jehovah God will call his name. Rest in Peace nephew.
Love,

I went to school with him. He was definitely a friendly person. He always had a smile on during football practice and honestly thats what sticks in my head. After every play if you were to look over in the free safety position there he would stand with a huge grin across his face haha. I will always remember him and I am thankful for having the chance to meet such a cool dude. May he rest in peace. Thank you and Love life.
