Pasadena: David Crosby, 39

David Crosby, a 39-year-old black man, was shot several times and killed on Friday, May 29, in the 160 block of North Sierra Madre Boulevard in Pasadena, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

Crosby, of Lancaster, was sitting on the patio of a restaurant with family members watching a Lakers game, according to KTLA. An 18- to 20-year-old man approached Crosby at the restaurant at about 6:30 p.m. and shot him. Crosby died at the scene, according to Pasadena police.
