Police said witnesses described the shooters only as African American men who left the scene in a dark colored car traveling in an unknown direction on Orange.

‘Since the shooting occurred mid-day and on a weekend, it is believed that there are witnesses that have not yet come forward,’ Long Beach police said in a statement. ‘Additional witnesses coming forward would greatly assist detectives in solving this crime.’

Anyone with information about this killing is asked to call Long Beach Police Department Dets. Russ Moss and Teri Hubert at 562-570-7244.
