West Covina: Man, 19, shot in the head

Jason Guijarro, a 19-year-old Latino, died from a gunshot wound to the head on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, in the 2200 block of West Merced Avenue in West Covina, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
