Watts: Man, 55, shot

Frederick Piggee, a 55-year-old black man, died of gunshot wounds to the head and left hand on Wednesday, April 8, 2009, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. The shooting took place in the 1700 block of East 92nd Street in Watts.
