South Los Angeles: Man, 59, shot in chest

Ronald Milligan, a 59-year-old black man, died of a gunshot wound to the chest on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, in the 1000 block of East 84th Place in South Los Angeles, according to coroner’s records.
