Pomona: Man, 40, is shot at close range

Carlos Foreman, a 40-year-old black man, died after suffering close-range gunshot wounds to the torso, right hand and lower left leg on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008, in the 1100 block of North Hamilton Avenue in Pomona, according to coroner’s records.
