Jubenal Guillen, 55

Jubenal_guillen_55 Jubenal Guillen, 55, a Latino man, was shot and killed about 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, at Kelowna Street and Kewen Avenue in Pacoima.

According to a Los Angeles Police Department source, Foothill Division officers responded to a call of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Guillen lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

A few hours later, officers arrested his neighbor, Raymundo Serrato, 58, on suspicion of murder. Police said Serrato had confronted Guillen over loud noise coming from his home. Shortly after, the two men were involved in a fight and Guillen was shot.
