Jermaine Sam Watson, 34

Jermaine_sam_watson_34 Jermaine Sam Watson, a 34-year-old black man, was shot in the 900 block of West 48th Street in South-Central Los Angeles about 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 7.

Watson was involved in a drug dispute with a 29-year-old black man. During the argument the man pulled out a handgun and shot Watson. The man got into a vehicle, described as a late-model dark-colored compact car, and sped away. Watson was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
