August 9, 2008 |  5:19 pm

Los Angeles County Deputy Dist. Atty. Alan Schneider made a motion Friday afternoon, Aug. 8, to dismiss murder charges against Jordy Ochoa and Aaron Smith, both 20. They were accused of murder and attempted murder in the shooting death of Heriberto Osorio, 19.

Osorio was killed Sunday, April 20, in a drive-by shooting in the 500 block of Oxford Avenue in Hollywood.

Ochoa and Smith, who spent nearly four months in a Los Angeles County jail, were released Friday night.

Why were the murder charges dismissed?

Why don't you click the link and read the story?

they were in a McDonalds drive-thru with a police car two cars ahead of them at the time of the murder with surveilance cameras to also prove that fact. Good thing they weren't black or they wouldve been found guilty and sent up state for the rest of their lives like my cousin! I'm so glad the justice system really works! :-)
