Carlos Gonzalez, 19

Carlos Gonzalez, 19, a young Latino man, was shot in the 800 block of East Lincoln Street in Carson about 9:37 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials said Gonzalez was attending a party and was standing outside in the street when he was shot multiple times in the upper torso. Authorities said a dark sport-utility vehicle was seen leaving the area. Gonzalez was taken by to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call detectives with L.A. County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500
