ALL if not MOST of the articles on this blog disclose race, and the reason they do so is probably to highlight the losses that these communites take. chances are the perpetrator will be the same race as the victim anyways. this isnt some race card issue.

Wow..it's not like race isn't mentioned on any of the other reports..the race isnt' the problem here; these senseless killings are; get upset about that. My condolences to this lady's family.

It makes it as real as real can get. We as humans are lost and turned out.

white people are the only ones who dont want race mentioned, cause they dont care any....they read the blog for entertainment...and coffee house talk.

To anyone who is aksing if race is important : Have you guys been under a rock? The homicide report has been telling the race for so long now. Come on now , when you watch the news they tell the race. Whats the big deal people. People commit crimes of all races and everyone knows. Society is always fussing over crap that is small. Relax we have bigger problems to deal with than "why ask the race" , chill out please. This homicide report is wonderful and I give props to all the staff . If it wasn't for them we would not know how many crime scenes we were passing in traffic. They tell me whats going on cause God knows the news doesn't. They are appreciated by many. For all you uptight folks go to FAQ's and find out why and calm down, gee whiz, lol. By the way im black and I don't care if race is mentioned. So now I mentioned race too , hahaha. Relax.

I don't know why people get upset by the fact that they give the person race. Its just information..

Wow. An article that mentions once race again...

This is my baby cousin and I love.
Thank you

Is race pertinent?
