Hello my name is ernie im making a comment on the 29year old homicide we lived in oside california all of are lives we were really close to each other he was an out going person liked to party not gangbanger and a hard worker had 3 jobs he was a good person. we ve heard diffrent storys about diffrent reporters said that he was still alive after he arived to the hospital for 4 hrs please help us find the person responsible for this homocide

if he was pernounce dead
how do you know if he had any will when he got to the hospital

im really sad about this he was like a dad to meand his daughter is my best friend now im sorry for her cuz her mom is all screwed up and doesnt have any of her kids so i think the person who did this should go to hell!!!!!!!!!

I miss this man so much... and I hope the man who did this to my family and Carlos's family know's just how much he has hurt us... Carlos should have never died that day he should have still been on earth with all his loved ones that day. He shouldn't be buried in the ground, where no one will ever see his smile, where no one will ever hear his laugh, and where no one will feel the warmth of his personality that would always light up a room by him just standing in that room.... He is a wonderful man. A great father, a great friend, and a great everything.... we should have never experienced this great loss that no one (especially me) will ever forget
