Frederick Morales, 30, a Latino man, was shot and killed at 11477 Copeland Street in Lynwood about 10:12 p.m. Monday, May 19.
According to L.A. County Sheriff's Department, residents found Morales with gunshot wounds to his upper torso in an alley after hearing gunshots. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.
