Jose Perez, 16

Jose Perez, a 16-year-old Latino youth, was shot to death in the 5000 block of Maine Avenue in Baldwin Park about 9:16 p.m. Saturday, May 3. According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Perez was declared dead at the scene.
